Honey, I Blew Up The Kid (1 Viewer)

I had a chance to revisit "Honey, I Blew Up The Kid" this past Sunday on WGN and I was just wondering why most TV versions add deleted footage from the film for TV. One reason could be length, but maybe, and I'm just saying maybe, maybe director Randell Klieser didn't have final cut and he added the footage for network and syndicated broadcasts to show his full vision. Have any of you on the HTF seen this version on TV?

I haven't seen this version. A lot of times they add extra scenes to fill a running time gap, either 90 minutes or 120 minutes. One thing's for sure, this movie really sucks in comparison with the original, which I really like.

ABC will be airing Gladiator on Friday, and they said it will include additional (Deleted Scenes from the DVD) scenes for their airing.
