Home Theater Set up Advice (1 Viewer)

Hey Forum,
I have a question about my equipment.
I have Bose acoustamas 16 / 6.1 Cubes. (Yes I know there not the greatest, i was not informed when i purchased them)My television is a HDMI 45 inch Sharp Aquos LCD.
My receiver is Marantz SR96. My blue ray DVD is a Playstation 3.
What is the best way to set all of this up? Specifically relating to the receiver and the Bose speakers?
The way I have it now is I have each speaker in its respective speaker input in the back of the receiver. I have attached a photo as a guide. My understanding is that Bose speakers are suppose to be hooked up differently.

Should the Center, Front Right and Left be at ear level? or can they be higher?

Positioning the front/center speakers so the tweeter is at ear level is thought to be the better location but that can be hard to do with the center speaker. Most have to put it either on top of or below the tv.
