I called the real estate company that is trying to lease the building in Northern NJ to get an update. He never returned my call. I will keep trying.

If this is the former Franklin Triplex in Nutley, I can confirm that the real estate people are trying to lease or sell the building. They will probably not be breaking up the theater's components as of yet.
No, I spoke to the leasing agent who is suppose to speak with the owner. This theater is in Edgewater, NJ. I wonder if the triplex has poster and machines. The one in Edgewater only has seats.
O.K. - it's the Loews Showboat, then; I forgot that it was still there. Yes, it will not be reopening as a theater and I expect you'll be able to make a good deal on the seats.
The triplex in Nutley is still being shopped as a theater. They won't be breaking it up for parts until they're certain no other theater owner will take it.
