I found some really good prices on stuff at www.DirectFurniture.com. Good selection at www.electroshops.com. I looked both places and then made a last minute treck to Omaha Ne to Nebraska Furniture Mart. Found Showtime collection black leather HT recliners on sale for row of 3 at $999.
Shop local, more and more places are starting to carry better selection.

I considered buying seats online, but ended up buying at a local store because it's really important to try out these seats before you buy them. I bought a set of Ashley Millennium seats that I'm very happy with.

I don't what you have near you, but locally we have Watson's and Furniture Fair, and they have much better prices than online. If you can, definitely shop local.

    Ramesh,

I found that a lot of the "theater seats" were too high and too wide for my room. High-back seats block the surround sound. I shopped locally and found not too wide La-z-boy rocker/recliners and reclining love seats.

I also have a row of 5 "real" theater seats that I purchased on-line from http://www.seatsandchairs.com
