I was slightly interested in seeing this until I read reviews of it. I'm not a fan of Will Ferrell to begin with so I won't be spending my monies on it.It's so painfully unfunny we're not sure it can legally be called a comedy. - Rolling Stone reviews Holmes & Watson
I'll be somewhat amazed if this actually gets released on 4K.

Horrible film, not much good to say about it at all.Me too, ever since I had the misfortune to pay to see Bewitched.
I agree. Very disappointingHorrible film, not much good to say about it at all.
It is getting more and more typical, especially with the shortening window between theatrical and home video release, that most physical media releases are often authored just before the theatrical release date. One of the reasons I find commentary tracks and other extras on new releases to be rather dull and self-congratulatory.I guess the 4k release was dropped. Lots of extras though on the bluray which is interesting.
As I was walking into another film, an 8 year old boy was going on and on about how funny this was and how his 16 year old sister just couldn't "understand" it. I guess you haters are just clueless.
