My girlfriend had taken advantage of this deal and got Life as a House but I said I wanted to take it back because I like to have all the original artwork and box and all that with my DVDs. It seems everyone else here enjoys that Hollywood video does that with Snappers but I never buy a movie that is supposed to come in a snapper at Hollywood Video. Your post confirms that maybe I am a bit anal. Oh well we all have our things. Still not a bad deal for the higher priced movies.

John are you sure it is only a 90 day guarantee. I just took advantage of this deal myself and on the packages I purchased it says lifetime guarantee.

I wonder if this varies store by store?

Yeah,
I'm wondering this myself, as I bought other movies at another HV, and they told me LIFETIME.
So maybe it does vary by store

hollywood video's guarantee for dvds is lifetime, but you have to keep the receipt.
