Does Hollywood Video typically include inserts with their pre-viewed DVDs? I recently purchased A Knights Tale and it did not have an insert. And do you think that their "Lifetime return policy" includes replacing inserts? Still this may be difficult since I am four hours from where I purchased the DVD. Thanks for your insight into this matter.

I would imagine that inserts are not supported by the lifetime replacement policy. They are likely guaranteeing the media itself.

I know what you mean. I don't know why they do that! Leave the inserts in the case!

    Headache inducing, really.

I was at another Hollywood Video location today and asked the person working if they typically included inserts. He told me that they usually do not have them because they are not given them with their rental DVDs. This didn't make much sense to me but I nodded and smiled and bought The Grinch anyway.....and what do you know, it had the insert in it. Who knows.....
