HK receiver can't be controlled by Cinema 7 (1 Viewer)

Which HK receiver? I've got a Cinema 7 right here next to me and for the most part, it works fine on all the HK receivers here (AVR120, 310, 7000). The only major issue I have with it is that I can't select Video2, but I'm sure there's a code available for that.
