n Amazon's defense, this clearly was a pricing mistake, one that could have cost them a lot of money, which many people tried to exploit through purchasing multiple copies with the intent of selling them for the correct price on ebay. That being said, wiping everyone's account and hours later sending a nonreturnable email where they cleaned their hands of responsibility was wrong. They should have given everyone a discount on their next DVD order.
