Yes, you're quite right. I was so busy ROFL'ing at just the dialogue of the "newsmen" in the video, that I didn't initially notice the hysterical captions and scrolling "latest news" being displayed at the bottom of the screen. The on-screen words provide an additional source of "TFPoS" hilarity.
