Just wondering if this Tom Selleck movie might be coming to dvd?

I wish.

I'm so fed up with waiting for an official release that I'm just going to transfer my High Road laserdisc via S-Video over to DVD, probiably this weekend after I finish building my new video capture/editing PC.

High Road not the best movie ever made, but it's far from the worst, and John Barry's soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal. Considering some of the movies that Warner has put out on DVD, it's ridiculous that this movie, which does have its own rather large cult following, still is not on DVD.

I agree about the soundtrack. One of the most beautiful and sublime of all John Barry's work (including Dances With Wolves, King Kong, Out of Africa, Somewhere in Time and the James Bonds)!

The movie's a lot of fun, too!
