high quality sound card for my pos pc (1 Viewer)

I have an old emachines 400mhz celeron that i would like to use to do some LP-cd dubbing with as well as run a cleaner and high output voltage signal from and generally use it to provide another signal source for my ht.. any suggestions?? my pc is a 400 mhz celeron, 96mb ram, win 98.

also, not worried about any kind of processing, just looking for a very clean signal, nothing for gaming etc, no dolby digital, etc etc... just stereo
