High-def pack for XBboxand Sony Wega (1 Viewer)

I have a non-hd Sony Wega 32" tv. Should I still set 480i on in the Xbox settings?

I got the same setup. Choose 480i, but also say that your TV is widescreen. When watching an anamorphic DVD go to the Wega's menu > advanced setup and choose 16:9 enhanced. Squeeze trick has never been so easy! (well except for the auto-detecting sets :p))
