I have a Hicense tv (U68KM - google tv) hooked up to my Denon AVR-1912. I've had this TV for just over a year and for 8 months there were no issues and and all of a sudden this started happening

It is hooked up using the eArc/Arc and no issues. Now everytime I turn on the tv i get the high pitched chipmunk sounding noise. I have to go into the tv settings everytime and switch it to passthrough and it works fine until the tv gets turned off and on again and then I have to do it again.

Troubleshooting attempted: Factory reset the Denon and TV, unplugged both from the wall for a long period of time, tried a different wall outlet for both.

It does it with my cable box, PS5 and any apps on the google tv. It doesn't give me an option to save it to passthrough so everytime i'm having to change the setting.

Any suggestions? thanks
