I'm pretty sure this piece of hardware used to exist, but it's time is really passing quickly and maybe they're no longer available.

Too much! No, really, it's too much money. :frowning:

I had gone to ebay last night and found that item. At least the seller seems candid about the condition. Can't believe he expects that kind of money. A new camcorder will do the job for less money.

Well OK. I think though if you look around hard enough you will find some Hi8 stuff at the right price.

Why not do a Hi8 camera search on ebay? I'm sure you can pick up something like a TR-101 for 50 bucks.
