Why not ride the coat tails of Columbia's Barbra Streisand series with this wonderful comedy, which has NEVER been released in OAR, even on laser...?

And PLEASE do not consider this a family film! If you release this p&s only, someone's going to get hurt.

Well, WB may be fooled by the movie's G rating. Plus, it rates as a catalog title and therefore is in the same class as WB's Vitaphone feature FIFTY MILLION FRENCHMEN (1931).
In other words, don't hold your breath.

Just wanted to add my voice also, although since it's Warner, I'm afraid it probably won't be loud enough.

I'll add my voice as well. I love this movie. Some classic one liners, and the absolute best car chase ever filmed!!! Yes, Ronan, and Bullitt included.
It's too bad that Madeline Khan is not with us anymore. She could scream "HOWARD BANNISTER!!!" at WHV plenty loud enough!

"I know how you feel pal. I hate it when my ignius rocks are even touched!"
"They tried to molest me."
"That's....unbelievable."
This is NOT a family film.

WHAT'S UP DOC? is my favorite Comedy film of all time. As someone said above, the one-liners in this film are fantastic.
And since we're on the STREISAND bandwagon, how about A STAR IS BORN ?
Regards,
Lee

A great comedy I'll purchase on day one! Too bad it's Warner. I'll probably never get the chance.
"I am 'ugh."
"You are me?"
"No, I am 'ugh."
"Stop saying that! Make him stop saying that."
"Love means never having to say you're sorry."
"That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard."

Another "heck yeah" for this title. If it is released in its original aspect ratio I would buy it in second.

babs was never funnier, like a one-woman marx brothers comedy team! this is non-stop, laugh-out-loud stuff... and madeline kahn, always the persnickety fiancée, never the bride...! this is a must have, i'm in.

Warner needs to get Bogdanovich to do a commentary. His commentary tracks are always so interesting & informative.
Bring this DVD on!!!
