Help with widescreen purchase (1 Viewer)

Hello All,
I'm ready to purchase a 57" to 65"

widescreen HDTV. I was originally interested

in the Hitachi or Mitsubishi 65" versions,

but I saw the Samsung 50" DLP in Tweeters

and was knocked out by the picture quality.

I'm told that the 61" is now available but I

can't find one on display locally, so I

can't determine that the quality is

comparable to the 50" version. I'm also

concerned that it being a first generation

model, some bugs may not have been worked

out. I'm a novice at this so I'd sure

appreciate any

help/opinions/advice/preferences regarding

any of the larger widescreen HDTVs

available.

Doug,

You saw the picture. It is stunning. I love my Toshiba but the 61" DLP changes everything.

Just do it!!!
