On the back of my sub, I have two (three if you include the high level) inputs. One is marked "input" and the other is marked "crossover input".

Which one should I use and what is the difference?

cheers!

If you're using te RCA from the rec's sub output use the crossover input.

That way you will bypass the sub's built in crossover. No need to wory about the xover setting, and you won't be running 2 filters in a row. (Rec's and the sub's)
