Anyone have any success reading a linear flash PC memory card with Windows 2000?
I am using an Actiontec PC750 card reader with a
M-Systems 32 Mb Flashlite D-Series linear flash card.
I can get the card reader to recognize the type of card I am putting in, but, I can't format or read the card.
As far as I understand, I need to load some sort of "Flash File System" in order to read/write to the card. Well, I can't seem to find an FFS that works with W2K.
If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know.

FYI: I've discovered that there is no linear flash support beyond Windows 98.

You can get windows 2000/XP to recognize a linear flash card, but you need a "Flash File System" in order to treat it as a removable drive. And there is no FFS made beyond Win 98.

So, if anyone asks you, you can now sound like you know what you're talking about.
