help with ceiling mounting my crt? (1 Viewer)

I have a Zenith pro 895x. It is currently installed in a table configuration on the floor. I have decided to mount it on the ceiling which is finished and textured. I really need the floor space and I am tired of the big BOX blocking my Audio. My question is, does anyone have any tips or gotchas before I start cutting into my ceiling as far as measuring and getting it "Dead On"?
