    Here's what I've got:

    Denon AVR-1705

    Front L/R: Paradigm Monitor 5

    Centre: Paradigm CC-370

    Rear L/R: Paradigm Titans

I'm in the market for a subwoofer to match this system. Current considerations are the Paradigm PS-1000 or Paradigm PDR-12, to give an idea of price range.

I typically use my system 70/30 for Movies/Music.

    Any thoughts/suggestions?

Stay away from the lower end Paradigm subwoofers, my friend. I owned the PDR-10 and I've heard a couple of the bigger ones. Go to www.svsound.com, click on 'subwoofers', and pick the one you can comfortably afford. SVS is as close to a no-brainer as you'll find in this hobby, IMO.

It's not that easy for me, because AFAIK, SVS subs aren't available in Canada. That said, the CDN-US dollar exchange rate is getting better every day...

    Thanks for the advice!

Look for Hsu subs. They are often a favorite of those in Canada since they can be had cheaper than SVS in Canada.
