I own a Sharp v le750 that is 3-4 years old. About a year ago I noticed the battery just wasn't holding a charge. It would last maybe 20 minutes and never show a full charge on the meter. I bought a new battery and noticed the same thing even with it. So I bought a new charger - same trouble. I've followed all of the instructions and charged the battery fully before using. The new charger even has a 'drain' feature to avoid battry 'memory'.

Is the camera ready for thejunk heap, are my expectations too high, or can it be fixed?

Hmmm, it sounds like my 1st-gen JVC DV camcorder does the same thing... The old battery barely holds a charge, so i bought a new one, and the new one doesnt hold one either!

If anybody has any info on this, it'd do me alot of help as well!

Well Nickso, it would seem nobody here has the answer. [IMG]

I had found some video forums, but none were very populated and had limited threads. If I find out anything I'll post it here. Maybe there's yet someone at HTF who can help us...
