    Hi all,

For those that have the Yamaha DVD-C920 changer or equivalent, is there a way to power the changer on and off remotely by programming a learning remote?

    thanks!

if it doesn't have a standby feature, then plug into back of amp if possible.

There is no way to use the remote for this. I just plugged mine into the back of the receiver.

    Hi guys,

Thanks for the replys, however, I'm not sure what you mean by plugging into the back of the receiver?

You should have outlets on the back of your receiver. What I did was plug mine into one of those and had the DVD player turn off and on with the receiver.
