Help remembering a movie title.. (1 Viewer)

There was a movie which I believe came out in the 90's called Moontrap or Deathtrap or some varation of this. Here are the details that I can remember about the movie:

For some reason people were on the moon. They were captured by some not quite alien but definately not human. I am thinking they were almost mechanical. It seems at some point these things landed on Earth in a junkyard. Does this movie ring any bells to anyone? Thanks.

And the junkyard was a gothic mansion...
then THAT would be Deathrap!
