I went to the BFD setup guide page, and did the Excel chart. A copy of it in PDF is here.

There is a really nasty peak at 45Hz, and I know that really needs to be tamed, but I'm having trouble visualizing what an ideal graph would look like.

Any input on that graph would be greatly appreciated. This is new territory for me.

    Thanks!

    Try this to start:

    frequency: 40hz
    fine: +8 (gives you 44hz) or +10 (45hz)
    bandwidth: 5-10 (1/12th to 1/6th octave)
    gain: -10 to -15

One thing I missed initially was that bandwidth is on either side of the center frequency. So if you set it to 1/6th octave (10), the total width is actually 1/3rd.
