HELP! Panny 36hx41 directview or Panny pt-47wx49 rptv?

    Thanks in advance for the help. I bought the stated panny directview which looks great with prog dvd but so-so on dish network. I have about 8 days to return it to Circuit City and trade up to the Pt 47 RPTV. Would this be a good move? The direct view fits my armoire with the components but I could add a shelf and replace the backing board and just use it for components and storage. I watch alot of dish as well as DVD's

    There is nothing like the impact of something that is so much larger than your 36".

    It simply draws you into the experience much more. But realize that if you go the RPTV route, the TV will need some tweaking before you get anything close to a very good image.
