Help me rate these speakers for being bright (1 Viewer)

I would be interested in people's opinion on how they would rate these bookshelf speakers for being bright.

B&W 602
Paradigm monitor 5
PSB Image Series
Monitor Audio Bronze

Also any comments on which one has the best center speaker for their respective series. Thanks.

Bright is a lot of things to a lot of people, are you looking FOR "bright" speakers, or NOT for bright speakers?

IMO, the only way to know anything about speakers is to hear them yourself anyway, I would put those all relatively in the same family of similar sound, except the PSB, which are duller, IMO. The digms, B&Ws, and monitor audios I would characterize as being "bright" "detailed" "sibilant" etc, in similar ways. IMO I like the monitor series myself. I would match center with the series you are looking at. Hope that helps?
