I remember watching a cartoon when I was a kid that featured strange superheroes. They included a flying baby and a guy made of rope. There where other characters also but I can't remember them.

Thanks for driving me nuts. I also remembered this cartoon, but could not for the life of me recall any details - so I spent the last half hour digging around on the 'web.

The show was The Mighty Heroes and was produced by Ralph Bakshi of all people. The characters you remember are Rope Man and Diaper Man.

Yes! I remember Diaper Man had a bottle that he would hit the bad guys with. Too funny.
