Help me get the Rams out of St. Louis. (1 Viewer)

I'm just about to start a Franchise in Madden 2003 and I want to go with the Rams but I hate the idea of playing half my games (or more) in a dome. Is there any way to change a teams stadium type for the franchise mode? I tried create a team but it's not quite the same to have Al Michaels referring to me as "The home team".
Any ideas?
