I would like to find out which DVD movie I saw recently featuring the song "Something Stupid" performed as a duet between Frank and Nancy Sinatra.

I think they played it during the credits?

It was probably a semi-recent film. (Last couple of years?)

I heard the song again at the end of Birthday Girl performed by Robbie Williams and Nicole Kidman and I said to my wife, "We just saw a movie that used this song not too long ago!" Now I am driving myself crazy tring to remember what it was.

Any clues will be appreciated.

No. I've never seen that one. Good call though as I see that it features the song.
Following is a list of my most recent rentals from Netflix. It probably is one of them. Reading through them, it seem quite hilarious imagining the song in a few of these titles (Scratch?):
Trading Places (1983)
Felicia's Journey (1999)
Blue Velvet: Special Edition (1986)
Harvard Man (2001)
Mr. Deeds (2002)
Lovely and Amazing (2002)
Sunshine State (2002)
Scratch (2002)
Casino Royale (1967)
Pumpkin (2002)
Spider-Man (2002)
Body Heat (1981)
E.T. the Extra Terrestrial
John Q (2001)
The Majestic (2001)
Super Troopers: Special Edition (2002)
Big Trouble (2002)
Ratcatcher: Criterion Collection (2000)
Death to Smoochy (2002)
Insomnia (2002)
Kissing Jessica Stein (2002)
Panic Room (2002)
Fast, Cheap & Out of Control (1997)
Dogtown and Z-Boys (2002)
The Long Goodbye (1973)
Changing Lanes (2002)
Gosford Park (2001)
Innerspace (1987)
A Beautiful Mind (2001)

It didn't help me find the answer to your question, but for those who are more resourceful: The song most often is listed as "Somethin' Stupid"--with the G dropped. This might affect searches based on the song title.

www.imdb.com has a very useful search function like Randy mentions
Just for fun I tried searching for Somethin' stupid and something stupid, and found one for each: The movie Lyle mentioned, and a movie called Birthday girl
Edit: Which was the movie you heard it in! D'oh!
Strange that no other movies have used that song?

Aha! This is the answer, from your list:

Ratcatcher: Criterion Collection (2000)

I found the answer by searching the worldwide newspaper archives available to me. From the Oct. 18, 2000, Associated Press review of the movie:

In someone else's hands, James might be seen retreating into himself following the [spoiler removed]. But Ramsay moves on to focus on sudden gestures of charity - Ryan's mother passing on to James [spoiler removed], and the wordless embrace of a pair of parents dancing in one another's arms to the sounds of Frank and Nancy Sinatra singing "Something Stupid."

Ah, that's where I heard it. I just wrote a review of Ratcatcher for digitallyOBSESSED (the day after I saw Lilo & Stitch, which explains that brainfart). I must watch too many movies.

Good call. The only thing I could come up with is Swinging in the Painter's Room, but it wasn't on the list.

Thank you very much Randy, and everyone else who helped. You know how these things can drive you crazy sometimes until you figure it out.
