LOL I truely have Star Wars curse. Episode 1 I was to sick see it and I refused watch it on vhs, so was very long wait as you can image until dvd yet. This time my sister plans her vacation starting on 16th! I tried midnight show trick tonight and she did not fall for it, flight leaves too early in morning. he. So when she gets in few weeks I love to have T-shirt for her what I make her wear so whole world knows she did not take her brother to see star wars, she went on vacation instead. hehe

I thought be fun, but everything I think if has way to many words fit on t-shirt.hehe

any suggestions appreciated.

"I wanted to see Star wars 2, but my sister had to go on vacation, all I got was this lousy t-shirt"?

Beacuse she's his sister, of course! :)
Jason, it's his sister that's gonna wear the t-shirt... I was thinking of suggesting your text too, it would work if he wears it.

Hmmm...being an only child I never learned these intricacies of sibling behavior and relationships. Is there perhaps an anthropological study I could consult to further educate myself on this phenomenon?
In my ignorance I had assumed that this was what parents were for, until of course one is old enough to want to avoid parents (or older siblings) and go with one's peers.
;)

So let me see if I understand this. You were too sick to see it on opening night, so you waited until it came out on DVD, or you were sick for the whole 9 months that episode 1 was in the theater?

Julie, everything you need to know about siblings is in one of those PJ movies you adore so much. You'll just have to watch them another 100 times each and it'll sink in and be second nature!

As for the tshirt...um, hmm, you might be better off asking a hard-core Star Wars fan. Maybe you can fart in the Official Star Wars Discussion Thread in the Movies section by asking your question there. With luck, Terrell will have a witty t-shirt remark for you!

Good luck!

I'm just surprised you waited so long to see Episode 1. Man, talk about will-power. VHS or crumby antenna reception I would have seen it no matter what. More power to ya. :emoji_thumbsup:

Yes, Julie, big sisters are, essentially, walking entitlement programs for younger brothers. After all, my big sister bought me my first Beatles 45s and LPs in 1964. All of them. It was her obligation, and I didn't let her forget it. And I played them on her "record player," too. It's the way it is.

Lawnmowers, chainsaws, and machine guns as methods of settling disputes between siblings? Nothing wrong with that I suppose.

I should be thankful that I was able to convince my parents that one was enough.
How old were you when you did this? I have an image of a tiny three year old girl at the dinner table, arms folded across her chest, eyes rolled back in disgust, proclaiming "Its not like you could possibly do any better than ME!" ;)
Flor - does your sister still live at home? If so, instead of a t-shirt, why not decorate her room in some SW stuff? I hear women really dig Yoda... large posters of Yoda. I also read somewhere (Playboy???) that women perceived Jar Jar to be the "alpha male".

Is Florence your sister, or is that your name? I'm getting a whole kind of Norman Bates feel here.:)
I like the Yoda shirt, too.
