Help me choose a DVD for my HT (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Help me choose a DVD player, this is my setup

Sony WEGA 32' (not HDTV, not Progresive Scan)
Marantz SR6200
JBL S 26 (mains and surround)
JBL S Center II

I'm currently using PS2 as my DVD player, but it is skiping, sometimes it cant read some DVDs and it doesn't have much features. So I decide to upgrade my DVD.

I like it to have the following

The amount that I have for this is around $400, but if I could save some I'll apreciate.

MUSTS
1) VCD and SVCD
2) Plays MP3
3) Excelent Video quality
4) No chroma bug
5) High Video and Audio sampling
6) Component, S video and optical fiber output

PLUS (ok if doesn't have them)
1) SACD or DVD-A
2) DVD changer or multi disc or Carousel
3) Progresive Scan (right now I dont have a TV that could benfit from it, but I'm considering it as my next upgrade)

The JVC XV-FA90BK seems to cover all your musts, plus all of your Pluses (DVDA, NOT SACD) for about $300.
