help me calibrate my system (1 Viewer)

Hello all....ijust set up my new home theater in box. Its a jvc system.....It consists of very small cube speakers...I upgraded the subwoofer with a sony sa-wm40...My question is the small speakers are rated at 200hz and up....the sony is rated at 20-170hz....with the jvc you can adjust the crossover at 80hz...100hz....120hz....150hz...200hz...
What do you think is the best setting to blend this sub/sat setup? Oh and on the sony the crossover is set to max and i'm using the low level input...
