I am living in an apartment on 2nd floor and I am wanting to get a sub. for my HT. However, I am concerned that the vibration and sound of the sub. will lead to complains from my downstairs neighbor.
Is there anything I can use that will cut down on the vibration or sound from Sub. from travelling downstairs?
Will using those Sorbothane isolation pods (if they can handle the weight of the sub), or Air Mass isolation platform? Acoustical dumping sheets? How about those dynamat that used on car?
Any help will be highly appreciated!
thanks!

Esmond,
I used to live in an apartment upstairs and there really wasnt a problem with the downstairs neighbours but what I would recommend is to get 3 or 4 tennis balls as an experiment as its cheap and will work as an isolation platform.

An altenative to tennis balls are squash balls as these comes in different grades of "spring" so you can fine tune.
