HELP! I have a nasty Virus on my machine.. What do I do??? (1 Viewer)

So I log onto my machine this morning and this window pops
up on me.. I am really freaked out now. The last thing I
need is my car to leak oil. I am not worried about my bank
account since I mostly deal in cash. But I do have a female
Doberman Pinscher who is, agressive enough as it stands.
I am very scared and I am not sure which option I should
choose. Can anyone helo me???? Bueller???
