Help - Horror movie title (1 Viewer)

A friend at work asked me what this movie was, and I just can't remember the title; sad thing is, this should be an easy one :frowning:. It's the classic "baby-sitter at home getting phone calls, killer is upstairs" story. If I remember correctly, the kids do end up getting killed. It might have been done more than once (or at least had many similar movies) so I'll take any and all titles that fit the bill . Thanks!
