i have a avr-e300 i have a Sony blue-ray if i hook up the BR with hdmi to the tuner there is no picture on the tv .. and if i hook up the Br to the tv there is no sound from the home theater .. how do i hook this up the get video on the tv and sound from the theater. the tv is a panasonic viera plasma i got in 2007

It turns out that the inputs were assigned wrong in the settings.. The BR was set to input 4 which on the front of the receiver was game. I went into setting and switched the in puts numbers to the right settings and all is well. Thank you for the Help ? BTW what year is your Austin ?
