Help finding 9-11 tribute picture with Eagle (1 Viewer)

Somewhere online I've seen a painting of an eagle's head, viewed in profile, with a tear coming out of the eye. In the bottom left hand corner is a picture of the WTC with smoke billowing out.
Can anybody help me find this? I don't remember if I saw it on a website or got it as an email. Any help is greatly appreciated.
