I need to purchase a sub for my HT. The room is 19 x 12 open on one side. I'm using JBL Northridge speakers for the 7.1 surround.

I'm looking to spend under $250 if possible, but I could go a little higher. Right now I'm using a old Dual 10" Cerwin Vega center/sub combo. It pretty bad. Only goes down to 38hrz or so.

I'd like a sub that can get in the low 20's.

    Recomendations?

Looking at the Dayton. Seems like an amazing sub. Looking at them on Parts express. I see the sub. How do you get a full setup for $150? Or is that link you are talking about just the SUB then I build a box and power it with a amp of some sort?

JBL E250 is $249 delivered at J&R. I ordered one. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint.

Two of these should be awesome then. [IMG] One in the front of the room one in the back. as long as I can keep them from canceling one another.
