The title says it all. I put my DVD-A copy of Pet Sounds in my 2200 and it no longer recognizes it as a DVD-A disc. I tried again with Rumors and still no luck. It plays them both as regular DVD's. It plays DVD's, SACD's and regular cd's with no problem just not the DVD-A discs.
Anyone else had this problem? Just wondering.
I will be taking it in for service tommorow.

John, I am far from being an expert but I do have the 2200. In your setup make sure the "player mode" is set to "Audio" and not "Video" From what I've read in the manual, the "Audio" setting allows the 2200 to play the DVD audio signals as such while the "Video" setting plays only the regular DVD-video information. Could it be possible that this setting was somehow changed in the menu?
