Hi,

I'm setting up my home theater, bought a Denon AVR-S720W and while choosing the subwoofer I got a few options:

Dayton SUB-1000 - $119

Power output: 100 watts RMS
Frequency response: 30 - 140 Hz
https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-sub-1000-10-100-watt-powered-subwoofer--300-628

BIC V-80 - $116
Power output: 100 watts
Frequency response: 37 - 180 Hz
https://www.parts-express.com/bic-v-80-8-subwoofer-100-watts--303-460#lblProductDetails

BIC V1020 - $169
Power output: 160 watts
Frequency response: 26 -180 Hz
https://www.parts-express.com/bic-v...-powered-subwoofer--303-430#lblProductDetails

Onkyo SKW204 - $145
Power output: 230 watts
Frequency response: 25 - 200 Hz
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000HMLP5A/?tag=htfo-20

Yamaha YST-SW216 - $110
Power output: 100 watts
Frequency response: 25 - 180 Hz
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FJ89UO/?tag=htfo-20

Polk Audio PSW10 - $105
Power output: 100 watts
Frequency response: 40 - 160 Hz
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002KVQBA/?tag=htfo-20

Read a lot about these options and seems that BIC V1020 is the best among them.
The Yamaha despite having good specs, found several people complaining about it and some comments saying that Dayton is the best choice.

Which one is the best?
Is there any other that I can consider as well?

Thank you!

If you were looking at the 10" Dayton - I would add the extra $16 and upgrade to the 12" Dayton model instead.

This also seems to be in your price range ($105 - $169 above)

From a customer who has both the 10" and the 12" models - review on the link below:

"The bass is tight, punchy and fast. I could feel the bass far more with the Sub-1200 than I did with the Sub-1000. For about $15 to $20 more, you get a much more powerful sub-woofer."

Dayton SUB-1200 - $135

Power output: 120 watts RMS
Frequency response: 25 - 140 Hz

I would vote for daytona, especially if you can afford sub 12. The only thing that makes difference is the bass power. Having placed it side by side and i could really notice the difference.
