    Hello everyone,
I have a problem. I built a theater room and ran all the cables in the walls,I had the sub hooked to a receiver with
a standard sub cable. Now I bought a amp and can't run the proper cable to hook up the sub and amp. Can I split the sub cable somehow to hook up the amp?

    Thank you, Rob

    Rob,

I ran into the same problem when I purchased my pro amp for the subs. If you have the rear (amp) imputs that the standard RCA plug will not fit into (too small), then you need an adapter.

Go to radio shack or a music supply store and ask for a "RCA to headphone jack" adapter. Just a couple dollars and hopefully this is what you are looking for.

If you have the pro amp that has those huge connectors, I dont have a suggestion, but would assume that some sort of adaptor is out there for those as well.

What amp did you get, maybe that will help us help you better [IMG]
