I have another 10, 87 cent drivers on their way (I am just having fun!) and ordered some input terminals and some ports for the cabinets I designed.

The speakers want a 4" hole (according to my tape measure), and I will have 8 in a row (wired so they are 8 ohms in the end). I have allowed 1" between holes (I assume this is OK) The cabinet (inside size) will be 47" tall, 7" wide, and 12" deep. Is this OK? According to WinISD, I can use a 4" port that is 1.75" long.

Am I on the right track? Can I make this cabinet without the bezel breaking (as in, is 1" between holes OK?)

It will be 8 drivers in a row:

o
o
o
o
o
o
o
o
P

With a port (P) on the bottom.

Sound good?

I really don't know what I am doing, but I think it will work! :D

Can't answer that without knowing what your baffel is made of. If 3/4 MDF then 1 inch driver spacing is OK.
