There are a lot of trees over my designated parking spot and the birds are having a field day. Would a dummy owl be a permanent, none lethal solution?

Birds stand on the dummy owl in our back yard all day every day so I don’t think that will work.

Downtown OKC has always had a bird problem. In the popular Bricktown area they installed audio devices that periodically play the call of the birds’ predator. In this case I believe that the call is from some type of hawk. This method works well but may be difficult and expensive for you to implement.

If you have a roof rack on your car that you don't need, remove it... birds perch on mine and crap off of it all the time!

Even if it's just removing the crossbars, it helps...
