Anyone know the US release date on this? I heard it debuts at the Berlin Film Festival on Feb 28th or so.

Very intriguing. From the trailer, it looks like it has alot of atmosphere and with talents such as Blanchett and Ribisi on board, it's almost certain to be well-acted. Very much hoping to see this one at the theaters.
