I am installing a new home theater room in my home. The only way to heat/cool the room is to install vents in the ceiling. Will the heat from a ceiling heating/cooling vent disturb the image if the heat passes through the projected path/stream/image?

Not to worry about the projector, I can keep the heat away from it.

it's probably not hot enough to cause a problem. I have seen problems with projector hot-air exhaust but that's a lot warmer usually than incoming hot air. I'm guessing you won't see any effect, if, there is any, unless you're very picky.
