I am going to buy a pair of heardphones for my hometheater this week and need some help.

They will be attached to a Kenwood VR-507 and will be used for music plus DVDs during the late hours. Im looking to spend around $40-50 and am not an audiophile when it comes to these things. I just want something will will sound great for movies and music and satisfy me. Thanks

I always reccomend the Grado Labs SR-60s. They can be had for just at the top of your price range. Check out www.headphone.com for a good online retailer as well as general info. They are easy to drive with a portable player, and since headphone outputs on receivers are not really very high quality any more, almost anything (other than a headphone amp) that you can plug headphones into these days are going to benefit from an easy to drive headphone. They are much better than anything you would find in best buy, circuit city, or the stuff they sell at places like sam goody or disk jockey.
