Hello, I live in Vermont which is about 180 miles from Boston. Are there any antenna's that are residentially available to pick up something from that far away?

On the same subject, I am about 50 miles from Denver. Any chance of success?

Both of you should check out this web site for your answers:

At 50 miles, you may have a chance. At 180 miles, unless you live on a mountain, I doubt you'll get anything. There are some extremely high gain UHF antennas available, including a parabolic type from ChannelMaster.

I installed a medium grade Winegard antenna on a 5 ft. tripod mount straddling my homes roof ridge-peak, with a 10 ft mast pipe and am receiving all 4 DTV Cincinnati channels from 35 to 40 miles away.
I average 78% signal strength using the Dish 6000 OTA module.
