I read the AVS Forum thread...what, exactly is going to be on this channel? I gather baseball, and maybe hockey, but neither particularly interests me. What about motor sports and college football?

Now that HDNet is "taking over" Channel 199 during the day, is the demo loop gone for good?
I watched the ballgame tonight. Enjoyed it, though I'm not a fan of either team. They do have a few glitches to work out, and I sure do hope they get some new commercials, but I thought that, all in all, it was a very good debut for the new network.
Hats off to Mark Cuban. Despite what the Echostar crowd around here says, I think that sports will be the "killer app" for HDTV.
