HD set top box (1 Viewer)

I did a search, but didn't really find the answer...I'm moving into an apt, and losing my dish network...I wanted to start getting the locals in HDTV, and need a set top box HD decoder. I have a Sony XBR400 36" direct view set...any recommendations? What are the different features I should look for...also, is the least expensive one 400 dollars? Or have they dropped further in price? Also, what about an indoor antenna to pull in the signal? Can't use a roof one, since I'll be in an apartment. Any recommendations on that? Thanks for any help! Are you going to subscribe to cable? Do you know if they offer HD? Usually they have set top boxes for HD. I have Time Warner and they charge us $5.95 a month, its the same cost as the digital box.

I have to wait to get mine.
